Place coffee in the cone and gently shake flat. 4 The brew should be ready within 3 minutes. Pour in your cup and consume straight away. 3 Pour in 50ml water every 30 seconds. The water should be just below boiling point at 95’c. 5 Pour the brew in your finijaan cups and serve immediately. For a full experience prepare a tray with dates and traditional sweets.
