Get Your Cezve and espresso cups ready

Pour cold filtered water and add the finely ground coffee into the pot with a ratio of one espresso coffee cup water to two teaspoons ground coffee per portion.

Place the Cezve on low heat and let cook, stirring occasionally

Mix gently with a teaspoon until well combined. If you want to add sugar, mix it in along coffee and water.

Remove from heat when the boiling starts and set aside. Let the brew settle for a minute and pour in your espresso cup
