Shipping policy
The following terms and conditions along with Clause 2 of our Terms of Sales constitute our shipping policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO THE UK
At the moment we offer different 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery options. 1st Class will usually be delivered next working day, although this can depend on the time the order is dispatched. 2nd Class will typically take 2-3 working days and it would be free of charge for orders valued £40 or above:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO EUROPE
We now offer delivery to European countries. Delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of your order. The following tables show the delivery rates:

Please note we currently do not offer delivery for large orders weighting more than 2 kgs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE
At the moment we offer international standard and tracked shipping outside Europe to Canada and the United States for orders up to 2kg. These deliveries will usually take 6-7 working days and the delivery fee will depend on the weight of the order. The following tables show the applicable fees:

Please note we currently do not offer delivery for large orders weighting more than 2 kgs.
ORDER PROCESSING
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. From this point you will not be able to make any change to your order or delivery address.
Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday and no orders are processed or delivered during weekends or holidays.
Please make sure the delivery address is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing the purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered for any reason, you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order resent to you.
Please note we might experience delays depending on the volume of sales. In this case, we ask you kindly to allow a few more days for delivery.
